Or, you can roast on stove flame until the it is cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Next, peel the brinjal skin and put the soft part in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Mash the brinjals with hands in to a paste.<\/li>\n<li>Add onions, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well with a spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil and coriander leaves at the end.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serve with hot rice. You can add one tablespoon lemon juice to taste better. You may add tomatoes if you like.
